How do I book an appointment?
Please use our "Book Your Appointment" link to book your preferred appointment or consultation time. If you require more appointment options, please contact the clinic via email or phone.
The Clinic unfortunately does not accept customer drop-ins, and only recognizes pre-booked appointments or consultations.
Is it required to have a skin consultation before my first treatment?
Clients are required to complete skin consultation and treatment consent forms. The purpose of these forms is to gather important information about their medical history, medications, current use of topical products, allergies, and recent surgeries. This information is vital in identifying any potential contraindications to treatments or products and ensuring that clients are suitable candidates for the intended treatment(s).
It is mandatory for clients to complete all necessary forms and to provide honest and accurate information. Our top priority is the health and safety of our clients. Rest assured that all medical information will be kept confidential and will comply with all privacy laws.
Why do I need a valid credit card on file to book an appointment?
Clients using the online booking system must have a valid credit card on file, which is kept for compliance with the Cancellation Policy.
How can I reschedule my appointment?
To reschedule your appointment please contact the clinic directly or edit your booking through the confirmation information.
We will reschedule your existing appointment with no additional charge if the clinic has been given notice of a cancellation or time change request minimum 48 hours before the original appointment time. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of the original deposit, and may require an additional deposit for scheduling a new appointment.
Im running late to my appointment...
To ensure that all clients are accommodated properly, our clinic has a policy regarding cancellations and no-shows. Therefore, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to avoid any inconvenience.
In case you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened, and the time lost cannot be reimbursed as it would impact the clinic's schedule. This policy is in place to ensure that we can serve all clients efficiently and maintain our operating hours.
I've missed my appointment, what do I do?
Clients who miss their appointment without providing prior notice of 48 hours to cancel will be classified as a "No Show". This results in a full charge of the service missed.
Clients who are marked as "No Show" within a 12-month duration will be obligated to pre-pay the entire cost of the service to book their next appointment when booking.
Clients who have a pre-paid treatment package that "No Show" will result in a loss of treatment.
I left my belongings at the clinic, can I pick them up?
For certain treatments, you might be requested to take off your jewelry, which will be stored in the jewelry tray provided in the treatment room. Please note that TS Skin Clinic cannot be held liable for any lost or forgotten personal belongings. We do not undertake any responsibility to compensate or replace your items if they are misplaced or forgotten. If you discover that you have left behind an item or receive a notification about a lost item, we strongly advise you to retrieve it as soon as possible.
Can I bring my child and have them wait while I receive my treatment?
For safety and to ensure the highest quality and experience of treatment for all our guests, we kindly request that infants and children do not attend the appointments.
I lost my gift card! Now what?
There is no expiry date on gift cards or store credits. However, promotions/specials are subject to expiration dates – please review the promotion/special details for further information.
A physical gift card must be presented at the time of payment in order to be redeemed. If there is no physical gift card, the full value of the service rendered will be charged.
Can I return my skincare products?
Any purchased products, services, or packages either used or unused will not be accepted as a return or be eligible for a refund.
If the product you purchased is damaged, there is a 14-day period from the time of your purchase that it may be exchanged.
Products may also be exchanged if they are unused and unopened in the original packaging within 14 days after purchase.
