Shipping prices and delivery options will be available to select at check-out.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from us and we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as possible.
Shipping times vary based on shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances that are out of our control such as peak seasons, holidays, unforeseen service delays, and weather conditions.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
Orders who have paid for express shipping are sent with a tracking number. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, with orders that have tracking numbers, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible.
For orders with standard shipping, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or stuck at custom packages. This shipping method is used to your discretion.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are in CAD prices, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
In the case of a "refused package" due to the refusal to pay custom fees at the time of delivery, the package will be sent back us and will subjected to duty fees. These fees will be deducted from the total paid of the order. If there is a balance remaining after duty fees are paid, the remaining balance will be refunded.
REFUNDS
Any purchased products either used or unused will not be accepted as a return or be eligible for a refund.
If the product you purchased is damaged, there is a 14 day period from the time of your purchase that it may be exchanged.
